Actually I feel I am very lucky to choose the extension BF Survey Pro. With your nice support it saved me lots of time, and let me be stress free.
At first we wanted to gather some information from researchers, and I found BF Survey Pro to be a simple and powerful extension. After using the product, we had a new requirement to allow the users to view and edit their individual survey results. To my surprise BF Survey Pro so easily already handled this - just simply add another menu item.
But most importantly of all, after I purchased BF Survey Pro, I have gotten intensive and kindest support from you. No matter what kind of questions, I mean sometimes I did have some stupid questions, you always replied to my emails immediately.
I would strongly suggest people who would like to carry out a survey in a professional way to use BF Survey Pro.

I purchased BF Survey Pro because it could do exactly what I wanted, that being capturing information so I could provide a quote for my clients on their insurances and it was only a very small investment, so if it didn't work I didn't lose too much.Since using the software I have received a number of enquiries through my website which have generated leads and income.
I would recommend BF Survey Pro to anyone who has a Joomla website looking to capture information from an enquiry and in my case my survey's were extremely extensive but the tool did the job.
I was not a computer programmer in any shape or form but was able to load the enquiries with the easy to follow user manual and the support I received from Tim was also invaluable.

Looking at the JED I saw a number of different Survey components. BF Survey Pro (demo) proved the most potential for the work I needed to do. I was looking for a complete solution to integrate in my Joomla's projects.
I wanted to avoid using a stand-alone solution.

"a flexible and simple product without bugs"
Last October I had a look at BF Auction Pro, however some features that I needed were missing (more images, reserve price...) so I decided to buy Auction Factory because there was so many features. Many features means many bugs and was so complicated...so I decided to look around again and I saw your new version 1.4 with the new features. Almost everything I needed was there but I was afraid about having bugs again. I asked Tim questions about what I needed and how to make auction pro work my way and he gave me
all answers I wanted. I've found BF Auction Pro to be a flexible and simple product without bugs with fast and a very good service.

I had no hesitation in buying BF quiz, I purchased it to add the feature to my website to enhance learning of the website users. I would recommend BF quiz to others as it was easy to install, inexpensive and does what I want it to do. Great for novices like me.

"the customer service is excellent"
I was a bit skeptical, not because of the product but because of our needs and the varying web expertise of those who would create and maintain quizzes. I think BF Quiz has a steeper learning curve than other Joomla modules because of how the pieces come together in creating a quiz. It met all the needs that we had and I felt the person who would be maintaining it could handle it. Our organization trains thousands of volunteers every year and online is a critical part of that. I’ve been able to hand off most of the quiz creation and maintainance issues directly to those who handle them. Plus, the customer service is excellent. I’d recommend it to those who want a flexible quiz solution that works. Erick Rommel
