BF Survey Pro Manual Upgrade procedure:

1. Extract files from com_bfsurvey_pro.zip

2. Copy entire contents (except css folder if you've customised style) of "component" folder into /components/com_bfsurvey_pro/
(overwrite existing files).

3. Copy entire contents (except css folder if you've customised style) of "admin" folder into /administrator/components/com_bfsurvey_pro/
(overwrite existing files)

4. Copy com_bfsurvey_pro.xml into /administrator/components/com_bfsurvey_pro/
(overwrite existing file)

5. If upgrading from version lower than 1.1, run the following SQL command in your mySQL manager such as phpMyAdmin (replace jos_ with your table prefix)
ALTER TABLE `jos_bfsurvey_pro` ADD `horizontal` TINYINT( 1 ) NOT NULL ;

6. Open up your menu item for BF Survey Pro and save (to update new parameters).

7. Open up BF Survey Pro->Questions view and go through all pages of questions (so that the IP address field is automatically added to all data tables).
