Do you accept any other payment methods besides Paypal?

Yes.

Paypal is still our preferred payment method, as you will be able to download the purchased software immediately after your payment is processed.

We understand that Paypal cannot be used in some countries including many African countries, so we now accept email payments through Moneybookers. Unfortunately these payments need to be processed manually, so please allow 24 hours for your software to be sent via email.

 
Can I get an invoice for my purchase?

Yes, invoices are available on request, just send us an email via our contact form with the following details:

  • Date of purchase
  • Item(s) purchased
  • Paypal email address used (if different)
  • (optional) Company name and address

Invoices are supplied in PDF format, please allow 48 hours for processing.

 
Where can I download Bigo CAPTCHA?

Bigo Captcha can be downloaded from their website:

Do you offer support via phone?
No. We are contactble via email or our support forum only.
 
Do you offer a custom development service?
Generally we do not provide a custom development service, but if your requirements are in line with our overall product direction then we consider adding extra functionality to benefit everyone. Also we sometimes provide some custom code to point people in the right direction when they want to customize our products.
 
Is there an unlimited domain version of BF Quiz?
As BF Quiz is released under the GNU GPL license, there is only one version which can be used for unlimited domains.
 
Encryption
Only our "Free" products are encrypted. All purchased versions include full source code.
 
Joomla 1.0.x and Mambo

All our products are only compatible with Joomla! 1.5.x.

There are no current plans to develop a version for Joomla! 1.0.x or Mambo.

 
Could not instantiate mail function

Problem: "Could not instantiate mail function" error after completing survey.

Solution: This is due to a problem in your mail settings in your Joomla site configuration. To fix go into Global Configuration->Server tab, and adjust mail settings as required.
