The following products are released under the GNU GPL license, and the restrictions stated below do not apply to these products.

License

License is granted to the Customer for non-exclusive, non-transferrable use of the Tamlyn Creative Pty Ltd software products.
All Commercial Proprietry products are the property of Tamlyn Creative Ptd Ltd and cannot be copied, resold or redistributed. Products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall Tamlyn Creative Pty Ltd or any employees be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.
Tamlyn Creative Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility for alterations performed by the Customer, or other third party, to the product code, design and layout.

This applies the following products:

Usage

If you purchased Single Domain License

You may use each individual product on a single website (domain) only, belonging to either you or your client. You have to purchase additional license of the product in order to use it on another website.

If you purchased Unlimited Domain License

You may use each individual product on as many websites (domains) as you want.

Modifications

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes, however encrypted source code for “free” products should not be modified in any way, including removal of branding. You cannot distribute the original products or your modified products.

Unauthorized Use

You may not place any of our products, modified or unmodified, on a diskette, CD, website or any other medium and offer them for redistribution or resale of any kind.

Assignability

You may not sub-license, assign, or transfer this license to anyone else.

Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Tamlyn Creative Pty Ltd.

Product Delivery

Free products

All our free products are available for download without any registration on our website. However we do keep track the number of product downloads.

Commercial products

All products must be paid in full prior to delivery.
We have two payment gateways, one is provided by PayPal and the other is provided by Moneybookers. In no event shall Tamlyn Creative Pty Ltd or any employees be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of PayPal or Moneybookers.
For PayPal purchases, after we have successfully received your payment, you will be redirected to a download page to download the product purchased. If you have trouble downloading a file, please contact us and include your PayPal transaction ID as proof of purchase.
For Moneybookers purchases, after we have successfully received your payment, you will be sent the software via email within 24 hours. If you do not receive our email, please contact us with proof of purchase.

Products Support

Support Forum

Our support forum is available for you to post and questions, problems or comments on our products. Priority is given to customers who have purchased a commercial product. We only offer support for products in their original non-modified condition.

Email Support

Email support may be available for customers who have purchased a commercial product. Support may be limited to the products purchased by the customer.

Return Policy

Since our company is offering non-tangible irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the product is shipped, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing. Please make sure that you've carefully read all relevant documentation and tried out the demo and free version where available. We only make exceptions with this rule when the product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned.
