Tamlyn is Director and Founder of Tamlyn Creative and has over 23 years of experience in Design, Marketing and Communications.
As founder, Tamlyn has collaborated with Marketing Executives in all levels of industry, working with multi-national companies including Sunbeam, Virbac Animal Health and Briggs and Stratton. Tamlyn’s empathic approach allows her a unique insight into consumer and user behaviourand has helped foster long lasting relationships with many businesses, marketing and product managers.
Tamlyn enjoys bringing creativity to life with a passion for videography and photography for social content and branded marketing material. She loves bringing people and stories together.
Aaron joined the team as Creative Lead in 2012, having worked with some of Sydney’s leading advertising agencies. With over 23 years of experience, Aaron brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in advertorial content, campaign strategy and design, web development and design as well as Art Direction.
Working in the advertising industry, Aaron has helped develop campaign communique for some of the world’s most identifiable brands including Citigroup, Toyota, Virgin, Qantas and the Australian Paralympic Committee.
Amanda joined the Tamlyn Creative team in 2015. As Account Service Manager, Amanda is your point of contact and will ensure the team works within the project scope. She is experienced in developing marketing and social media strategies for businesses of all sizes.
Prior to working with Tamlyn Creative Amanda worked in Customer Service and Marketing with Campbelltown Mall, and prides herself in ensuring nothing is overlooked and that each project is looked after individually with care. With a flair for creativity and over 10 years experience in photography, Amanda brings expertise in developing branded material.
Kirrily has been with Tamlyn Creative for over 9 years, and has previous experience with Lumley Insurance. Her specialities are writing and editing for corporate prospectuses, annual reports, newsletters, web content and articles & blogs.
Our process always starts with understanding. First, we look at what the business wants to achieve. From there, we begin a vigorous workshop process to understand the business and their users. This sets an important foundation, and starts a process of turning what you want, into what you, and your users need.
Once we discover all there is to know, we then start to refine what we have learned into a succinct proposition. Together, we start to identify the strongest ideas and potential solutions, along with metrics to test their efficacy to the problem.
We take the strongest ideas and begin to develop them into refined concepts. We then take these concepts and test their suitability before we go to market. This processes continues until we know what we’re about to launch will work.
We now have a shiny new product that has been tested and is ready to launch. But our job is not over yet. Once the solution has been deployed, we monitor and maintain to ensure it continues to add value to the business and meet the needs of your users.
