The Brief
CTGraham Psychology was ready for a fresh chapter, starting with brand development and moving into a new website experience that felt more aligned, modern and welcoming. The goal was to create a clearer identity and a stronger online presence that reflected the warmth and professionalism of the clinic, while also improving usability across desktop, tablet and mobile. Alongside the website, the wider brand needed to feel consistent across day-to-day materials, from Canva assets through to print pieces and stationery.
Approach
We began with the brand direction first, shaping a refreshed visual identity that felt calm, human and approachable. Early moodboard exploration focused on creating a softer, less clinical visual language that felt welcoming and aligned with the warmth of the clinic team. From there, the website was redesigned and rebuilt in Wix Studio using a flexible responsive framework, while fonts, colours, CMS structure, navigation and supporting brand tools were refined to create a more consistent and user-friendly experience.

No two otters carry the same markings, and the same goes for a brand with its own voice and style.

Wix Studio website rebuild
A custom responsive website built in Wix Studio, designed to work more effectively across desktop, tablet and mobile with a more future-friendly layout structure.


Branded collateral and practical rollout
A Canva brand kit, editable templates and print pieces including stationery and a business card with appointment reminder space, helping the refreshed identity carry through into everyday use.

Outcome
With a first visit to a clinic often feeling daunting, especially for patients or carers already navigating challenges, the refreshed brand and website were designed to create a sense of calm and reassurance from the moment someone first searches online to the moment they step into the practice. The result is a more cohesive brand and website experience that better reflects the warmth, professionalism and care behind the clinic.
