Goodcare Health & Disability Support Services offer assistance with everyday living, skills building, personal care, transport, therapy support and nursing care. Directors Blessing and Andy came to us looking to refresh and modernise their existing brand. While they were generally happy with their colours and styling, they wanted us to create a rejuvenated look and feel that better represented their caring, human-centred approach.

Before proceeding with design concepts we conducted thorough desktop research into GoodCare's competitors to gain a better understanding of what others in the industry were doing. Our initial impressions were that many were very cold and clinical looking with no real human connection. We quickly determined that to stand out from the crowd we needed to produce a brand that focused on warmth, friendliness and even a little playfulness.


We began with an internal brainstorming session and created moodboards for initial direction. Collaborating closely with our clients in these early stages ensures an outcome that the client will be thrilled with. 


The direction we established for GoodCare utilised a brightened variation of the colour palette along with playful shapes intertwined with positive human-centred imagery. The result is a contemporary and inviting aesthetic that projects a friendly yet professional persona. 


Final collateral included a full website rebuild, brochures, stationery, vehicle signage as well as digital templates supplied in Canva for the client to easily manage their ongoing social marketing.
